- 초등학생 진로발달 검사도구 개발 -
일자리의 생성·소멸을 동반하는 직업은 변화된 기술환경 속에서 새롭게 생겨나기도 하고, 때로는 사라지는 경우도 있다. 초등학교 진로교육이 시대변화에 따른 보조를 맞 추기 위해서는 최신 산업기술의 발달로 인하여 생겨난 직업용어, 학교진로교육 목표를 반영한 검사도구가 마련되어야 한다. 진로교육의 목표, 내용, 측정이 동일선상에서 정 렬되어야 학생들의 실질적 발달과업에 초점을 맞춘 검사를 제대로 수행할 수 있다. 따 라서 이 연구의 목적은 산업발달에 따른 최신 직업용어 및 진로교육 목표를 요인설정 에 반영한 초등학생 진로발달 검사도구를 개발하는 데에 있다. 진로교육 프로그램의 효과성 측정에 실질적 도움을 주고자 현장교사들의 피드백을 반영하여 본 검사도구를 설계·제작하였다. 설문대상은 경기도 Y시에 소재하고 있는 8개의 초등학교 고학년 군 이며, 총 231개의 수집한 설문자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 타당성 검토를 위하여 예비조사를 실시한 후, 적재요인이 부족하거나 설명량이 부족한 문항들을 수정·제거하 였다. 2차 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 3개의 구인(자기이해, 진로탐색, 진로계획), 18 개의 최종 검사문항을 개발하였다. 이 검사도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 탐색적·확인적 요인분석을 통해 검증한 결과 각 하위요인은 .81이상의 신뢰도를 확인시켜주었으며 수 렴타당도, 판별타당도, 동시타당도 결과값은 수용할만한 수준을 보여주었다. 모쪼록 이 검사도구가 초등학교 진로교육 현장에서 실용적이면서도 간편하게 사용되기를 기 대하는 바이다.
Development of Career Development Inventory for Elementary student
Because the latest technology causes the creation and destruction of jobs, new jobs are created and current ones disappear. In order to keep pace with the changes of the times, it is necessary to prepare a inventory that reflects the goals of school career education and vocational terms created by the development of the latest industrial technology. When the goal, content, and measurement of career education are aligned in the same line, it is possible to properly conduct a test focusing on the students' actual developmental process and tasks. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a career development inventory for elementary school students that reflects the latest vocational terminology and career education goals according to industrial development. To provide practical help in measuring the effectiveness of career education programs, this inventory was designed by reflecting the feedback of incumbent teachers. In this study, survey data of 231 high-grade students from 8 elementary schools located in Y city, Gyeonggi were used for the final analysis. After a pilot test was conducted to review the validity, items that lack loading factors or lack of explanation were corrected or removed. By reflecting the opinions of the secondary experts, three factors(self-understanding, career exploration, career planning) and 18 final items were developed. As a result of the verification, each sub-factor confirmed the reliability of .81 or more, and the results of convergent, discriminant, and concurrent validity showed acceptable levels. It is hoped that this inventory will be practical and easy to use in the field of elementary school career education.
